Recipe : Celery Cilantro Ginger Drink
- 2-3 fresh Celery sticks ,washed and sliced
- 1/2 inch ginger, peeled and chopped
- few cilantro/coriander leaves
- pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Put all the ingredients in a high power blender with 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the pulp if desired. Or consume it whole without straining the pulp for a fiber rich drink
- Serve immediately for best results.
