Fruity Veggie Bread

My Fruity Veggie Bread has the goodness of both fruits and vegetables.

Ingredients you'll need is
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup toasted Wheat Germ
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large shredded Apple
1 cup finely chopped Broccoli
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Butter or Clarified Butter(Ghee)
3/4 cup Brown sugar
2 large Organic eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

To make the Bread
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix the dry ingredients in a big bowl. In a separate bowl whisk eggs, sugar , oil ,butter ,shred apple and chopped broccoli . Combine mix with dry and spread on a baking pan lightly greased with butter.

Bake for about 45minutes.

Lay the bread on rack to cool before slicing.

Slice and serve with drizzle of pure honey.
