Recipe :Pure Almond Iced Cocoa Mocha
Ingredients
serves 2
2 cups Silk's Pure Almond Milk Vanilla
1/2 cup strong espresso coffee
1 tablespoon 100% cocoa powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar
few ice cubes
Method
Blend all the ingredients(except ice) at high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately in a tall, cold glass with ice cubes.

My favorite anti-oxidant rich food is probably cranberries. Nothing beats a homemade cranberry sauce and brie sandwich!

My favorite antioxidant rich food are berries and in them top priority would be cranberries.I like to add them to my cooking in as many ways as possible.
fav antioxidant food - Guava.. used to be my fav fruit along with mango and used to eat a lot of these back in India. Didnt know that these were high in antioxidants until recently..
I'd like to try it just for taste, really.
I love dried apricots, chili peppers, ginger, cinnamon, grapefruit, kale, spinach... I guess most of the foods I really like are antioxidant rich. Funny! Is sweet potato on the list, too? Maybe grapefruit is the top of the list lately for me.
My FAVORITE Anti-oxidant food is Cacao Beans (a new discovery in our home), bitter, crumbly, but with lovely overtones of that rich chocolate taste that I love! Also, blueberries and garlic - though NOT together, thanks. ;)
For those that are in season right now--apricots and the berries!! Especially home grown ones--who can resist!
