Recipe : Beets Super Smoothie
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
2 small beets ,peeled and diced
2 small peaches or 1 apple, diced
2 tablespoon fresh aloe vera
1 inch ginger root ,peeled
3-4 dates ,pitted for sweetness
1/2 cup Organic grapes ,seedless
1 cup Organic Kale ,chopped
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup water
Method
Blend all ingredients in a vita mix until smooth. Enjoy fresh and cold in your breakfast or lunch or dinner. Can be stored in clean mason jars for 2-3 days.
